Great ideas are only powerful if you know how to express them.
Outspoken IRL is a practical, high-energy public speaking programme that helps young people structure their thoughts, find their voice and speak with confidence — in front of an audience and in everyday life.
Public speaking is about much more than giving speeches. It builds the confidence and communication skills to participate in class, handle interviews, express an opinion, persuade others, lead a team and think on your feet.

What will you learn?
-
Structure your thoughts and communicate ideas clearly.
-
Speak confidently and manage nerves.
-
Think on your feet when there's no script.
-
Tell stories that people want to hear.
-
Persuade and debate while respecting other viewpoints.
-
Own the room through voice, eye contact and body language.
-
Handle unexpected questions without freezing.
What happens at Outspoken IRL?
You won't learn public speaking by sitting and listening. You'll learn by doing it.

Every session combines fun speaking challenges, short prepared talks, storytelling, spontaneous speaking, debates, real-life scenarios and constructive feedback — all in a supportive environment where it's completely OK to get things wrong.
Level up your voice
You'll progress through different levels — from finding your voice and structuring your thoughts, to storytelling, persuasion, presence and leadership. Each level brings new challenges and gives you the chance to see just how far you've come.
For parents, Outspoken IRL isn't about creating professional speakers. It's about helping young people develop confidence, clarity, critical thinking and communication skills they'll use for the rest of their lives.
